Your Agreement with b44

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and b44 ("b44", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the b44 website located at b44.cam, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and payment facilities made available through that website (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

b44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-site notification, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. To open and maintain an account with b44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 18 years of age. b44 is strictly an adults-only platform. Creating an account while under the age of 18 is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from participating in online gambling or sports betting activities.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds that belong to, any third party.
• You must not have had a previous b44 account closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

b44 operates primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the b44 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b44 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated from them.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested on the registration form. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. b44 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have promptly notified b44 of any unauthorised access.

• Notify b44 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Do not use another player's account, attempt to access another player's account, or transfer funds between accounts.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to create accounts or perform any action within the Platform.

b44 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 are not or are no longer satisfied.

All financial transactions on the b44 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). b44 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your b44 account are available for wagering purposes only. b44 does not pay interest on account balances. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by b44 and displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. b44 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your b44 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all required identity and payment verification checks.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available account balance.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible.
• b44 targets withdrawal processing within minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

b44 is not responsible for any delays, failures, or charges imposed by your bank or payment service provider in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions.

b44 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. Where a conflict exists between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer only.

The following general bonus terms apply to all b44 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if the requirement is not met within this period.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be stated in the offer terms.
• b44 may cap the maximum winnings that can be withdrawn from any single bonus offer.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or any other form of bonus abuse — is a material breach of these Terms.

b44 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice. Players who have already claimed an offer in good faith will not be disadvantaged by any mid-offer amendments.

All sports bets placed on b44 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are subject to the b44 Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable sports rules before placing any wager.

All casino games available on b44 are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game client. By launching a game, you accept its rules. Where a technical fault, disconnection, or error interrupts a game round, b44 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules, which are final.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the b44 system. b44 is not responsible for bets placed in error.
• b44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been materially misrepresented, offered in error, or affected by information that was not publicly available at the time the market was opened.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the market remaining active at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Bets submitted during a delay or at the point of market suspension may be voided.
• Maximum stake and win limits apply to individual bets and may vary by event, market, and player account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such exploit must be reported to b44 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Using a stolen or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward b44 staff or other players.
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

All content on the b44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of b44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of b44.

Game titles, software, and related assets made available through the Platform are licensed to b44 by third-party providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in such content remain with the respective providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to scrape, copy, cache, or redistribute any portion of the Platform's content.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. b44 operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh and shall endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith.
